Sarah Hatfield is a Business & Information Systems Analyst at the University of Minnesota Duluth where she manages transfer credit processes and technologies. Sarah has worked to help her campus develop and maintain efficient processes around transfer credit; she works closely with faculty on campus, assisting them in their use of TES and understanding of transfer credit best practice. Sarah started out in higher education as a transfer student at Rutgers University. She went on to become a philosophy instructor, before transitioning into student services.
