Customer Success Analyst, CollegeSource
John Schoenborn is the Customer Success Analyst at CollegeSource. In this role, he is responsible for gathering and sharing best practices for optimizing client use of CollegeSource resources. Through topic areas of degree audit, transfer articulation, academic planning, student scheduling and others, he supports CollegeSource’s mission: Maximizing human potential by expanding awareness of educational and career opportunities. In his prior roles he worked with institutions of all sizes to improve catalog and curriculum management, after seven years connecting CIOs and tech vendor leaders to global experts in IT purchasing and tech vendor go-to-market strategies. John received a B.A. in Journalism with a concentration in Marketing from The Ohio State University, Columbus.
